About Our Staff
As a small behavioral health facility, Cedar Grove Residential Treatment Center provides a unique sense of connection between residents and staff members. While in our care, each young man is supported and given access to the help he needs to achieve his treatment goals.
The clinical department consists of the clinical director, four master-level therapists and licensed clinicians. In addition to attending regularly scheduled individual and group therapy sessions, residents also interact with therapists on a daily basis.
If a resident experiences a crisis, a therapist responds. If a staff member sees a resident in need of individual attention, they call for a therapist. Everybody knows each other, and everybody lends a helping hand when the need arises.
